Six Flags Plaza serves as the grant entrance to Six Flags Magic Mountain. This park is set up a bit differently than the spoke-and-wheel design of Disneyland: rather than being able to access (nearly) all the lands from a central point, the lands are spread about in a seemingly odd pattern, often with only one or two rides dedicated to that particular land. The centerpiece of Six Flags Plaza is the Grand Carrousel, while last-minute gifts and souvenirs may be purchased at the park’s largest retail outlet, Flags. There are also plentiful amounts of quick grab-and-eat restaurants in the land, which are rounded out by non-traditional offerings such as Cold Stone Creamery and Johnny Rocket’s Shake & Fry. Guests services, including guests relations, the first aid office, and stroller and wheelchair rental, can also be found here.
