Six Flags Magic Mountain Guide

Six Flags Magic Mountain has made a name for itself as Southern California’s premier theme park for thrills and spills. Collectively unmatched elsewhere in the region, the offerings at Six Flags are intense and not for the faint-of-heart. Your experience at the park begins with the shops and restaurants of Six Flags Plaza, but quickly accelerates to the heart-pounding offerings of Baja Ridge. Nearby, Cyclone Bay offers up a mix of classic thrills and new favorites, including the park’s newest addition, Terminator Salvation: The Ride. Over at Colossus County Fair, the wooden giant Colossus is dwarfed by the steel monstrosity of Goliath. Wilderness adventures are offered at Rapids Camp Crossing, while Samurai Summit towers over the park with coaster favorites Ninja and Tatsu. The woodsy environment of High Sierra Territory is accompanied by two nearby lands designed especially for kids: Bugs Bunny World and Thomas Town. Finally, Batman and The Riddler duel it out – in coaster form – in both The Movie District and Gotham City Backlot.
